  •  Your first class at Temple by Tambriel is designed to be welcoming and supportive. Our instructors will guide you through the basics of Pilates or yoga while helping you focus on proper form, breathing, and movement. No prior experience is required just come ready to move, breathe, and enjoy the experience. 

  • Not at all. Our classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Instructors provide modifications and guidance so everyone can move at a comfortable and safe pace. 

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are encouraged for Pilates sessions to provide stability and safety during exercises. We do have some for sale for only $7.

  • We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class. This allows time to check in, get settled, and prepare mentally for your session.
